EMPOWERING young womEn to shine at her prom, one dress at a time.

We believe that economic barriers should not prevent any high school girl from experiencing the joy and self-confidence that comes with feeling beautiful on one of the most memorable nights.

Through the “City Cinderella” campaign, JT is uplifting local partners who work tirelessly to ensure that every girl who dreams of going to prom can do so in a dress that makes her feel like royalty. It's about empowering young women, igniting confidence, and creating unforgettable moments of joy and pride.

  • OPERATION PROM

    Present in 10 states, for more than 20 years, Operation Prom is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps students, and schools to find organizations and community groups that can provide free formal wear to teens in need, across the U.S.

  • BECCA'S CLOSET

    With chapters in 23 states, Becca’s Closet is a nonprofit organization that has been donating homecoming, military ball, and prom dresses to high school students, memorializing the legacy of Rebecca Kirtman, who as a young high school student single-handedly collected and distributed more than 250 dresses before her passing in 2003.

  • Children Institute

    Every year, Children’s Institute (CII) supports 30,000 children and families across Los Angeles in achieving emotional well-being and educational success, which builds pathways to economic mobility. CII offers education, counseling services, parenting support, convening spaces and enrichment programs in the community and at our early education centers, K-12 schools, and neighborhood hubs.

  • Once Upon a Prom

    Once Upon a Prom is a non-profit organization started 14 years ago in Bethesda by high school students, dedicated to making prom a memorable and inclusive experience for teen students in need, creating a complete experience for students to celebrate prom night with joy and dignity.

  • We’re All About the Dress

    Established in 2008, “We’re All About The Dress” is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Texas, providing gowns for military, police, and EMT brides, as well as prom dresses for teens in need.
